Merci 29 reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By purchasing from Merci 29, you have agreed to abide by the terms and conditions listed. Your continued use of access to the website after the effective date of any changes constitutes the acceptance of these changes.

Purchases and Payment
Merci 29 accepts payments via Amex, Visa, MasterCard, PayNow, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Kindly ensure that all required information is submitted to avoid potential delays or errors in processing your order.

Please note that delivery is available only within Singapore. All orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days using local courier services arranged by Beauty Plus Marketing Pte Ltd. For orders below SGD 200, a delivery charge of SGD 10 will apply. Prices may change at any time, and all payments will be processed in Singapore Dollars.

Merci 29 reserves the right to limit or cancel orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Return and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and cancellation terms below.

Returns

  • Eligibility for Return: We accept returns only for products that are unopenedunused, and with the original seal intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Return Period: You may return your order within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition of Items: All returned products must be in their original, undamaged packaging with the seal unbroken. Items that are opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please bring the item(s) to our store located at 416 BEDOK NORTH AVENUE 2 #01-35 GARDEN HILL SINGAPORE (460416). Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase with you when returning the product.

Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or picked up. Once your order has been processed or is in-store for pickup, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Refunds for Cancellations: If you cancel your order before receiving the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products that have been opened, used, or have had the seal broken.
  • Please inspect your items at the time of purchase to ensure they meet your expectations before opening or using the product.
